These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by DS Maternity. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DS Maternity provides private maternity, obstetric, and pregnancy-related care. All clinical services are delivered by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with UK medical and regulatory standards.
Appointments may be booked by contacting DS Maternity directly or through our website.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
We aim to run clinics on time; however, clinical care and emergencies may occasionally cause delays. DS Maternity cannot guarantee exact appointment durations.
Fees for consultations, scans, and care packages will be explained prior to booking. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in advance of consultations or as specified in your care package agreement. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation or postponement of services.
Hospital fees, anaesthetic fees, paediatric or neonatal fees, and any additional specialist services are not included unless explicitly stated and are billed separately by the relevant providers.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may be charged in full. Care package payments are subject to specific cancellation terms, which will be provided in writing at the time of booking.
Clinical advice and treatment are provided based on the information available at the time of consultation. While every effort is made to deliver the highest standard of care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of a medical emergency, care may need to be transferred to NHS or hospital-based teams in the interest of patient safety.
Pregnancy care packages provide consultant-led care from a defined start point through delivery and postnatal review, as outlined in the package description.
Packages are non-transferable and apply only to the individual named patient. Any services outside the agreed package scope may incur additional fees.
All patient information is handled confidentially in accordance with UK data protection law and professional standards. Details of how personal data is processed are set out in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information to support safe clinical care.
